The apartment is located on the 2nd Floor of a quiet residential building, which is located at the edge of the woods near the Hillebachsee . An ideal starting point for hiking and skiing. A parking space for your car is available in front of the house.

Surrounded by magnificent nature, you can take the challenge of mountain bike trails.  You can walk to the Hillebachsee and enjoy water skiing, wakeboarding, surfing, pedal boating, swimming, playing ping-pong or volleyball and much more. In the winter it is a paradise for snow lovers. Either you can ski and sledding in Niedersfeld or in the fabulous, snow-sure Winterberg. By car,it is only 10 Minutes to the excellent slopes. The magical Hochheide lures hikers.

The bobsleigh run in Winterberg is 9 km from Niedersfeld. The Kahler Asten is located 12 km from the apartment. The Winterberg ski lift is 8 km away. Niedersfeld is very popular for travelers who are intersted in mountain hiking, landscapes and hiking
